Gautam Buddha Nagar, January 17, 2026

The district administration of Gautam Buddha Nagar organised Complete Solution Day (Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas) across all three tehsils—Jewar, Dadri, and Sadar—to ensure the swift, transparent, and effective resolution of public grievances. The initiative aims to strengthen direct engagement between citizens and the administration.

During the programme, a total of 161 complaints were registered across the district. Of these, 11 complaints were resolved on the spot by concerned officials, while directions were issued for the time-bound disposal of the remaining cases.

District Magistrate Chairs Proceedings at Jewar

District Magistrate Medha Roopam chaired the Complete Solution Day at Jewar Tehsil, where she personally listened to public grievances. She instructed officials to conduct on-site verification of complaints and ensure their quality and timely resolution.

The District Magistrate made it clear that the administration will not tolerate negligence in resolving public issues. At Jewar Tehsil alone, 60 complaints were received, out of which two were resolved immediately. The remaining cases were forwarded to the respective departments with clear deadlines.

Emphasis on Accountability and Sensitivity

Addressing district-level officers, the District Magistrate stressed that the government remains highly sensitive to citizens’ concerns. She directed officers to approach every complaint with seriousness, responsibility, and empathy.

Officials were also instructed to visit sites personally wherever required to ensure that resolutions are effective and sustainable, rather than procedural.

Pledge Against Child Marriage and Substance Abuse

On the occasion, the District Magistrate administered a pledge on child marriage prevention and de-addiction to officials, employees, and members of the public present at the programme.

Participants pledged to prevent child marriage under all circumstances and to actively spread awareness against substance abuse, with the goal of building a healthy, safe, and empowered society.

Proceedings in Sadar and Dadri Tehsils

At Sadar Tehsil, the Complete Solution Day was chaired by Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) Bachchu Singh. A total of five complaints were received, all of which were resolved on the spot by officials.

Meanwhile, at Dadri Tehsil, the programme was held under the chairmanship of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Anuj Nehra. The tehsil received 96 complaints, with four complaints resolved immediately during the session.

Several senior officials were present during the proceedings, including Chief Medical Officer Dr. Narendra Kumar, Divisional Forest Officer Rajnikant Mittal, District Development Officer Shiv Pratap Parmesh, Deputy Collector Vivek Bhadauria, Tehsildar Om Prakash Paswan, Block Development Officer (Dadri) Neha, and Naib Tehsildar Ajendra Kumar Tomar, along with officers and staff from various departments.
