A New Opportunity for Youth
Thousands of young people in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Rozgar Mahotsav 2026 had become an opportunity and hope that came true. The job seekers and employers were brought to a single platform at the Visveswaraya Group of Institutions campus in Dadri and this was the method by which the employment fair was organized under the Uttar Pradesh Rozgar Mission and created direct channels of employment. More than 113 companies in the manufacturing, banking, electronics, and services segments participated in the large-scale employment fair. Their existence enabled the candidates to be in direct contact with the employers and to get on-site interviews, which bridges the gap between education and employment.

Participation of Youth from Diverse Educational Backgrounds

Four thousand nine hundred and eleven candidates in total attended the employment fair, with different educational backgrounds.
